COVID Policy

We will make every effort to make Mad Gravel a safe event. Peaceful Valley Scout Ranch allows for maximal distancing opportunities for spectating and moving about the area. We will have wave starts with separation in the staging area. Our aid stations will be “Covid” friendly while allowing participants to grab pre-packaged food, and allowing for hands-free water refueling. Your health and safety is a priority to us. We will defer to the State of Colorado Department of Health and Elbert County health officials to ensure we are complying with all of the current health guidelines.

Refund Policy

If we are forced to cancel Mad Gravel due to a pandemic or other natural disasters, participants will be refunded 90% of the entry fee at any time prior to April 18, 2021. Within thirty days of the event, we will offer a 75% refund, OR a 100% deferral to the next scheduled date, valid until the end of 2022.
